Shoukei Tam, aka Jess the Dragoon is an independent animator who does animations using Adobe Flash, therefore also known as a Flash animator. She is also a digital graphics artist, 3D modeling and rendering artist and sometimes, a digital music artist. She is the creator and animator of the original web series, Super Hero Clock and also known for making the 2D-animated genderbend version of Frozen - Let It Go on Youtube.
